In order to support our team in Langenhagen Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
Supply Chain Specialist in Material Operations (d/f/m)
The position is an integrated part of the Airbus Military Germany Customer Services organization within the German Material Support On-Site team. You will be responsible for the agreed service delivery towards the Material Manager.

Langenhagen is located in the immediate vicinity of Hanover, the state capital of Lower Saxony and the Steinhuder Meer can be reached within a short time. Your tasks and responsibilities
Ensuring timely, cost-efficient and high-quality material management of spare parts and repairs
Support the smooth running of the procurement, repair and logistic process
Support the implementation of new logistic services in accordance to all operational logistic needs from the German Air Force
Support in obtaining offers for logistics services
Coordinate all topics related to smooth running of material data and logistics data flows
Contribute and support the DE Material Manager and the Material Operations Manager for all aspects of the Logistic Support Services for the German customer
Manage information flow according customer as well as internal and external stakeholder need
Desired skills and qualifications
University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
Knowledge in SAP MM desired
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Business fluent German and English language skills, written and oral
