FLEXOO - the dynamic Spin-off of InnovationLab - we specialize in delivering end-to-end solutions for smart sensors and electronics from initial development to final manufacturing.

Our dedicated team takes pride in tackling challenges head-on and meeting the individual needs of our customers in the best possible way.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager who is focused on rapidly expanding our market share with the ability to develop new business sectors and build and strengthen customer relationships.


  • You acquire new national and international customers
  • You maintain existing contacts, continuously expand them and identify new customers
  • You create individual offers, enjoy following up and negotiating to get the order
  • You contribute to the organization of sales activities and support sales reporting
  • You analyze market and competitive data to help develop and implement sales strategies
  • You regularly take part in trade fairs and events to represent FLEXOO and expand our network
  • You are responsible for the sales of products, development orders and production orders
  • You are in exchange with the tech team to create development offers

  • You have an university degree in business, marketing or engineering or have successfully completed vocational training with a focus on sales
  • You have already some professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of technical products
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a high level of customer orientation
  • You have a high willingness to learn and enjoy dealing with market developments and trends in printed electronics
  • You have the willingness to travel regularly in Germany and abroad
  • Your communication skills are very well developed
  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and an international environment
  • Your language skills are very good in both German and English (oral and written)
