  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement user-centered improvements and optimizations
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods about our digital channels including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
  • Utilize web/app analytics tools to track and analyze user interactions on website, app, and newsletters
  • Take responsibility for our internal and external user testing pool, use it to gather insights quickly, and develop it further in terms of processes and tooling
  • Combine qualitative research findings with quantitative data to create a comprehensive understanding of user behavior and preferences
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to improve usability, accessibility, and overall effectiveness of digital channels

  • 4+ years of relevant job experience
  • Practical experience in designing and executing qualitative user research (interviews, card sorting,...)
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
  • Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative data, you care deeply about grounding your decisions in data
  • German: minimum C1 level & English: minimum B2 level
  • Excellent problem solving skills to quickly understand abstract challenges our countries face and develope solutions
  • Outstanding people understanding and communication skills to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization
