We are looking for an

Inhouse Consultant / Project Management Specialist (f/m/d)

Join our dynamic German Management Team as an Inhouse Consultant / Project Management Specialist, responsible for driving the full lifecycle of high-impact internal strategy and trans­formation projects. Take charge of small to medium-scale projects, working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

This role is a full-time position, limited to 2 years.

Possible office locations are Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Dusseldorf with some travel required within Germany.


  • Support the local and global Management Team and take over responsibility for the project organization of medium and large scale strategy and transformation projects
  • Implement, participate in and manage effective project governance
  • Take co-ownership for the lateral hiring process and support internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • With input from Business Analysts, ensure business cases quantify potential business benefits
  • Together with local Heads of Practice and the Management Team, prepare realistic business plans and track activities against those plans. Provide accurate reports to stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate management meetings

  • Completed studies in economics and/or law
  • Extensive experience as a strategy consultant, project management specialist or similar in a professional service environment / consultancy firm
  • Project organization skills and experience
  • Strong strategic commercial mindset
  • Project Management certification is a plus
  • Business fluent in German and English
