You will be part of our central Innovation Hub to strengthen the in-house design competence for our new innovations.
- As a Service Designer / Interaction Designer you will contribute on delivering services that will positively impact our customers and bring value to our business. You will work in an interdisciplinary team to plan, visualize and define new user and service experiences, relying on a wide range of skills, from research to interaction design, prototyping and implementation support for our DevOps colleagues.
- understand the full end-to-end journeys of our various target groups to enhance the overall UX of our digital offerings. Together with our internal and external stakeholders you grasp the complex B2B scenarios and simplify them
- Prepare and perform User Research activities
- Design the Customer Journey Map
- Create interaction concepts in all areas of our business with a focus on new digital solutions like cloud-based services and customer facing digital touch points
- Education: Master degree in service design, interaction design or a related design discipline. A background in human factors will be considered as a plus.
- Qualification: Open minded team player, curiosity, looking for new technologies and challenges, independent working style, profound communication skills.
- Experience and Know-How: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing complex service and interaction design systems is required, supported by an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates design solutions and strategic thinking. A strong passion for both prototyping and hands-on UX, along with a solid foundation in Design Thinking, is essential. You are highly design-driven and user-centric, with proven expertise in planning, conducting, and extracting valuable insights from user research. Additionally, you are skilled in designing comprehensive user journey maps. You have experience in planning and facilitating co-creation workshops with stakeholders and possess a deep understanding of information design and architecture. Proficiency in modern design tools, such as Figma and Miro, is expected.
