Quant Developer (f/m/d)


The Quant Solutions Team collaborates closely with our clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions using modern development tools. In this role, you will use your in-depth knowledge of financial markets to advise and support our clients in optimizing their risk management and valuation methods.

  • Degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, physics, financial mathematics or a comparable discipline
  • Sound professional experience in financial services or financial technology industry
  • Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C++. Java, C# and knowledge of other scripting languages, especially Python, is advantageous
  • In-depth understanding of modern valuation models, risk models and numerical algorithms
  • Experience in the conception of data warehouses and proficient knowledge of querying databases using SQL
  • Hands-on experience working with front office teams; expertise across multiple asset classes (equities, bonds, commodities, foreign exchange, etc.)
  • Familiarity with financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters or similar systems
  • Strong strategic mindset and solid commercial awareness to evaluate and realize the commercial potential of projects
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and confidence in dealing with clients
  • Business fluent in German and English
