Job Description
PXG Pharma GmbH is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality in all our products. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Quality Assurance (QA) department at our headquarters in Mannheim.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and PXG Pharma's quality standards
- Support the Head of Quality and other team members in managing various aspects of quality assurance across our global operations, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency
- Support the management and implementation of Change Control (C.C)
- Assist in the maintenance and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including updates and revisions
- Assist in the preparation of product approvals
- Help manage the artwork process
- Assist in supplier qualification processes, including Business Partner Due Diligence (BPDD), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)/Good Distribution Practice (GDP) qualification in line with SOPs and monitoring the need for audits and re-audits
- Collaborate with the Product Development and Procurement teams to address any quality-related issues during the product qualification process
- Help manage the complaints process, handling any quality-related complaints from customers or regulatory bodies promptly and effectively
- Keep the register of complaint data
- Assist in ensuring full compliance with legal requirements across all business areas, including non-licensed products such as vitamins, minerals, food supplements, and medical devices
- Continuously support all corresponding processes and facilities ensuring “inspection readiness”
- Ensure maintenance of the Quality network within the business by sharing best practices and relevant information
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Quality Management, Pharmaceutical, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of quality assurance techniques and tools, and familiarity with industry standards such as GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, and Quality Risk Management
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment, across different cultures
- Fluent in English; additional European language capabilities are favourable
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
