Job Description
As the only company in Europe developing large deployable reflectors we are aming to operate as a trusted part of the space community in Europe; providing decisive space related technological capabilities to further strengthen the European market and enable strategic independence for Europe.   • Design, implement, and update PA/QA processes to meet standards and requirements
  • Ensure comprehensive, current, and accessible documentation
  • Organize product and quality assurance roles within the team
  • Coordinate between project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support for PA/QA issues
  • Lead and manage the Project PA/QA team with clear objectives and roles
  • Support in establishing and maintaining quality management throughout project lifecycle
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
  • Report on good practices, non-conformities, trends, audit statuses, KPIs, and quality costs to the CEO with regular updates and monthly reports

  • You have a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, or similar qualifications
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Product Assurance role in the European Space/Aerospace industry, thus have knowledge of applying the standards relating to the European space industry (ESA, ECSS, etc)
  • You have excellent English skills (written and oral), German is beneficial but not necessary
  • You have experience in delivering work-packages to time and budget constraints
  • You have strong knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge of ISO 9100 is desirable
  • You are experienced with Quality Management Tools and Techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills with strong time management
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working under pressure
