As a Senior Lead Engineer - Electrical CDT Germany (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in supporting our global operations by leading the development of innovative electrical engineering solutions. Your expertise will drive our mission forward, ensuring that Exyte remains a leader in delivering world-class engineering solutions.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee project development activities for the Semiconductor and Battery Manufacturing Industry, ensuring client needs are translated into effective design solutions.
  • Attend client meetings to understand project expectations and act as a subject matter expert from design development to implementation.
  • Use data, business intelligence (BI) tools, and dashboards to support the audit team with precise analyses and evaluations.
  • Ensure technical proposals meet the highest standards, considering all necessary cost components before submission.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines within the concept development team to deliver optimal technical design solutions.

  • An Honours or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, along with professional engineering certification.
  • At least 15 years of design and construction experience in high-tech or multidisciplinary construction projects, with 10 years in leadership roles.
  • Deep technical knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage, low voltage, and UPS systems, along with BIM model-integrated design experience.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, BI tools, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Proven leadership skills, with at least 5 years of experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Design for Safety procedures, and actively promote the value of safety during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
