Step into a key role at Exyte as a (Senior) Specialist in Industrial Insurance, where your expertise will directly influence our global operations. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of our insurance strategy, playing a critical role in driving our mission to deliver world-class engineering solutions.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external insurance brokers, ensuring their alignment with Exyte's comprehensive global insurance strategies.
- Review and provide strategic feedback on insurance-related contract components to ensure full compliance with our Global Risk Policy.
- Take charge of administering and optimizing our global insurance program, guaranteeing consistent coverage across all divisions, units, and countries.
- Efficiently handle insurance claims across various sectors, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with project teams to embed insurance considerations into project planning and execution, ensuring risk management is integral to all initiatives.
- An apprenticeship as an insurance clerk or equivalent qualification; further training as an insurance specialist or a degree in business studies is highly desirable.
- Several years of robust experience in the insurance industry, particularly within industrial insurance. Experience with international insurance programs will be a significant advantage.
- Deep expertise in liability, engineering, property, and marine insurance.
- A strong grasp of the technical and legal aspects relevant to industrial insurance, enabling you to navigate complex scenarios effectively.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and German, essential for clear communication in our international environment.
- A proven track record of customer orientation, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
