• Agency Management: Oversee the day-to-day interactions with our external marketing agencies
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure agency activities support overall marketing and business goals
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate agency effectiveness. Regularly review performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
• Budget Management: Manage agency budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Negotiate contracts and fees to maximize value
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing teams and other stakeholders to align agency output with brand and business objectives
• Vendor Selection: Lead the process of selecting new agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards
• Innovation and Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Recommend and implement new approaches to improve agency collaboration and performance


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing external agencies in international marketing
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools and software
• English minimum B2/C1
