- Taking over development responsibilities within a squad of our Agile at Scale organization and closely align with peers from your chapter
- Further development of our Digital Service Platform, our core platform for building web and mobile software applications for our customers
- Consultancy for other teams developing on our platform
- Performing developer testing and supporting test automation
- Embracing agile values and principles
- Knowledge of software design and a profound experience in the Java programming language and the Spring Boot framework
- Experience in best-practice development and architecture patterns such as event-driven architectures, modular design, continuous integration/delivery, microservices, clean coding
- Familiarity with infrastructure technologies such as containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with message brokers and databases and working with agile methodology
- Knowledge and experience in test automation
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills and an independent and results-oriented work approach
- Strong willingness to learn, openness to new topics, and an agile mindset complete your profile
