- Ensure robust product compliance governance and enforcement
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the entire adhesives technologies product portfolio
- Enforce regulatory standards across all product lines in alignment with the Global Product Compliance Head for Adhesive Technologies
- Conduct independent reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to product compliance standards
- Plan and execute compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies & procedures compliance controls
- Collaborate with various departments and lead projects to ensure adherence to compliance requirements while mitigating risks associated with non-compliance
- Develop and deliver product compliance training programs on mindset and best practices
- Master degree in Business Administration, Legal, Engineering or similar
- 5 years of experience in Audit, Consulting, Riskmanagement, Compliance, Governance or similar roles
- Very good project management skills
- Knowledge about quality and risk management principles
- Strong ability to establish common ground with stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
- Location flexible within Europe
