The aim of Corporate Purchasing function is to efficiently organise the sourcing process within Deutsche Börse Group, to ensure supplies of materials and services, to identify innovative potential in the relationship between internal customers and the market partners and to take advantage of procurement synergies. Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a Purchasing Excellence Manager (f/m/d) for our global Corporate Purchasing Network.
- Drive sustainability, digitalization, and cybersecurity Supplier Onboarding and Monitoring initiatives in close cooperation with internal control functions
- Lead Purchasing related LKSG / CSRD / ESG activities and coordinate compliance projects
- Improve technical and procedural E2E processes and participate in innovation and strategy projects within the company
- Define AI-supported purchasing solutions including project management to create the technical requirements
- Drive harmonization of analytical tools and share best practices globally
- Implement technical, procedural, and commercial purchasing levers
- Drive harmonization of analytical tools and share best practices globally and collaborate with Purchasing Category teams for data analysis and strategic development
- Conduct training courses on purchasing processes and IT solutions as well as workshops on process optimization
- Support Corporate Purchasing activities across various geographies and act as a point of contact for clarifications and critical issues and handle active risk management
- Analyze and interpret market information and large data sets will also be part of your role to derive well-founded actions
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration or Economics with focus on Purchasing
- You have more than 6 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Financial Industry
- You are reliable, pursue your goals consistently within cross-functional teams, and ensure the implementation of agreed results
- You are experienced in working in an international organization.
- You feel comfortable in a digital and international work environment. SAP cloud platforms Ariba and Fieldglass are well known by you.
- Regulated industry experience is preferred and financial industry experienced is highly desired as well as sourcing knowledge for Professional Services, Information Technology, Data- and Cloud Services
