We are looking for a SuccessFactors People Modules Consultant to support our Digital Transformation.
Relevant Working tasks will be:
- Configure, customize and maintain the Recruiting, Compensation & Variable Pay, Learning and PM & GM Module
- Configure, customize and maintain Employee Central
- Lead projects or contribute as sub-project lead
- Steer & guide 3rd party implementation partners
- Business partnering and Co-Creation of processes with global Business Process Owners
- You have the User Experience at heart: Analyze employee needs End-2-End
- Close IT partnering with neighboring HR IT Teams
- Continuously following-up the SuccessFactors roadmap and deriving actions items
- Operational Excellence: Responsible for support
- Education in Business Administration, Information Technology or comparable experiences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and/or the Consulting industry
- In depth knowledge in minimum 2 SuccessFactors People Modules
- Experience & Knowledge about Employee Central with regards to Compensation
- SuccessFactors certification is a plus
- Experience with SaaS and proper handling of tickets with SAP
- Experience working with Agile Frameworks (e.g.: SAFe, Scrum, DevOps, etc.) but as well classical Project management methods
- Persuasive communication and strong collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically about technology and execute as necessary
- Fluent in English is a must, German or other languages are nice to have
