Key responsibilities:

Support the production and service area by identifying and evaluating potential for improvement within the process chain.

Creation of standard processes, implementation of Tenneco standards on the shop floor and when planning new production lines or moving existing production lines;

Implementation of standardized production cells (model cell);

Develop and implement of training courses and workshops to promote methodological knowledge and the further development of employees;
Your qualifications:
-
Completed subject-specific studies (e.g. mechanical engineering) or comparable relevant professional training in the metal industry, e.g. as a machine and plant operator with additional qualification as a technician or comparable

Additional qualification in the areas of Lean or Six Sigma

Min. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the above areas with demonstrable improvements and increases in efficiency

Strong technical understanding, high level of creativity and problem-solving skills

Confident handling of MS Office programs and SAP

Fluent German language skills and English language skills at least B1 level

Strong intercultural understanding, high team spirit and good communication skills
