As product line responsible for our Entry-Level-SEM product line, you would assume global responsibility for the product management of our entry-level product line (entry-level scanning electron microscope). You will be working in a supportive team with high ambitions and passion for what they do. Your tasks would include:

Actively drive the development and communication of a long-term vision for the product line and make this vision a reality in close collaboration with all stakeholders

Own the product development roadmap by conducting market research to identify customer needs and resulting product requirements

Work closely with R&D teams to ensure that product development is aligned with customer needs and validate new product features personally

Develop go-to-market strategies together with our Business Sector colleagues, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion

Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve product features and functionality

Functional leadership of a team of product managers for the product line

University degree in natural sciences, material sciences or similar
-
PhD in similar field advantageous, ideally incl. touchpoints with electron microscopy or similar imaging technologies

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in electron microscopy, e-beam instrumentation or similar

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in product management / marketing management for scientific or industrial instrumentation / Alternatively, minimum 2 years of experience in strategy consulting with relevant project portfolio

Outstanding communication skills & ability to deliver complex messages in a simple and to-the-point manner to a large variety of stakeholders and audiences

Ability to quickly create trust and build a strong network within various departments

Exceptional work-ethic and commitment to deliver results

Leadership experience advantageous, but not strictly necessary
