You as a Corporate Development Consultant (f/m/d) will be involved in all Corporate Development topics (e.g. Corporate Strategy, Corporate Organization, Corporate Sustainability and Corporate Projects with global reach and corporate-wide scope).
- Additionally, you coordinate and support Service Functions, Regions and Business Streams in executing their own respective activities and ensure that decentral programs are aligned with overall strategy and projects.
- You conduct research to gather necessary data through desk and field research methods, analyses economic, technical and TIC industry trends, respective regulatory developments and internal data and develop suitable adaptions on corporate level.
- You outline alternatives and recommendations on identified issues to improve strategic positions, organizational structure and procedures. Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations to inform stakeholders is also part of your daily business.
- You provide guidance and training on implementation of previously defined actions and/or act as project member/manager; you even act as project lead for dedicated Corporate Development projects.
- On top, you update corporate policies and processes regarding Corporate Development and support publishing in corporate media.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or related studies
- 2-5 years of work experience either in a globally acting company or consulting firm
- Good knowledge and proven expertise in the area of Corporate Development, esp. Strategy, Organization, Sustainability, Technology Management, Digitalization
- High competency in strategic thinking
- Project Management Know-How
- Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in German and English (CV welcome in english or german)
