Process Owner Demand Planning/Supply Planning (m/f/d)
- You'll develop and improve the Knauf Group's Demand/ Supply Planning processes, taking into account the unique requirements of different business units
- By standardizing business processes, you'll ensure that they are aligned with best practice approaches and drive efficiency
- Using your analytical skills, you will thoroughly review and document existing business and software processes and identify key areas for optimization
- When defining tool requirements, you'll collaborate to ensure that the tools effectively support demand and/or supply planning processes
- Preparing and delivering employee training will be a critical part of your role, ensuring everyone is on board and comfortable with the new processes and tools
- You posses a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
- With proven professional experience in demand and/or supply planning or production planning processes, you bring practical know-how to the table
- Your business fluency in English enables you to communicate effectively and you are open to international travel
- You have a passion for learning new skills, mastering new software functionalities and understanding company-specific processes
- Whether you have knowledge of Blue Yonder or other planning tools, or are willing to learn new systems and processes quickly, you're ready to dive in and excel
