Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)


  • You work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the business team.
  • You effectively manage change, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
  • You identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.
  • You coach, develop, and support local leadership on an ongoing basis to build local leadership skills and capabilities as well as advise on succession planning, performance and talent reviews, and driving the annual merit planning cycle.
  • You are responsible for recruitment, contract management, and other administrative tasks within your area and you ensure the monthly payroll is actioned accordingly and any queries are addressed in a timely manner.
  • You drive compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • You collaborate with HR colleagues throughout the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with overall people priorities, best practices and create synergies.

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or an equivalent education.
  • You have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including roles as HR generalist or in specialist positions as well as a focus on business partnering and strategic HR management.
  • You have a strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws/regulations and you are able to professionally and loyally represent both the interests of the company and those of the employees.
  • You demonstrate executive presence while building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • You have strong coaching and mentoring skills to support employee development and foster a positive work environment.
  • You are skilled in resolving employee conflicts and addressing sensitive HR issues diplomatically.
  • You effectively manage multiple HR projects from conception to implementation, consistently meeting deadlines and objectives, while driving innovative solutions and process improvements with a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) with preferred experience in SAP, supporting efficient and effective HR operations.
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, ensuring clear, concise, and persuasive interactions.
