- You develop business processes and improvements in accordance with all related policies with a focus on Finance and Operations
- You initiate and control projects in the MS Dynamics NAV environment and connected solutions at several European locations
- You are responsible for advising business process managers and key users on new process requirements
- You convert the business requirements into functional designs and align them with the vendors which are supporting our template applications
- In this position, training existing processes to ensure that business processes run correctly will be one of your tasks
- Documenting business processes and requirements, coordinating process interfaces, and helping resolve conflicts are also among your tasks
- As an expert, you are the sparring partner for substantive discussions with process managers and business experts.
- You take over the identification of critical success factors and key performance indicators in order to identify performance gaps and develop opportunities for improvement
- Finally, you will develop organization-specific concepts for adapting the organizational structure and implementing change projects
- You have a university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or an equivalent degree.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the field of business analysis or ERP implementation.
- You have in-depth knowledge of project management and MS Dynamics NAV (Finance & Operations)
- You are able to develop in-depth process and business knowledge in a short period of time.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- It distinguishes your very good communication and social competence as well as teamwork skills.
- You speak fluent English; other languages would be beneficial.
- Finally, you bring international willingness to travel
What would make you stand out among other candidates?
- Experience in Business Central implementation Projects
- Experience with integrations of Dynamics/Business Central with other (Cloud) applications
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central would be advantageous
- Experience with Tacton CPQ
