Global Procurement Contract Manager (m/f/x)
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of contracts, from creation to termination
- Leading contract negotiations with suppliers and partners
- Assessment and quantification of economic and legal risks
- Ensuring that contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintaining and organizing contract-related documents and records
- Ensuring the availability of up-to-date contracts for relevant stakeholders
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure contracts meet operational requirements
- Communicating with external partners and suppliers on contractual matters
- Bachelors or Master in supply chain, economics, law or equal education
- Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
- Negotiation skills, rhetoric and solid knowledge of contract management
- Very good time management as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as persuasive skills
