Business Development Manager (f/m/d) - Device Systems (dispensing und curing) - System Synergy Specialist

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (f/m/d) with immediate availability.


  • As a trend scout, you recognize new opportunities for DELO at an early stage. You keep track of current developments in the designated market field worldwide and inform your colleagues in Product Management, Engineering and Research & Development about new technologies.
  • You'll keep on building your network with all relevant market actors, especially with technical deciders in plant engineering and potential customers. Using this network, you will gain intensive information and you are working on DELO's reputation and market presence
  • With your technical know-how and by making intensive use of trade fairs, congresses and networks, you identify new fields of application or key accounts with a high growth potential.
  • Together with sales, product management and marketing you work on developing new markets and you will be the lead of the global steps in the crucial launch phase.
  • While taking care of new markets and customers you will get support from regional sales managers, product managers and a strong engineering team in our headquarters.

  • Degree in engineering, physics or similar areas.
  • Professional experience in sales / technical marketing / business development of products that require explanation.
  • You have a very good grasp of things as well as a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to international business trips and excellent English skills.
  • You are customer-orientated and creative in solving problems.
  • Team spirit, high degree of initiative and responsibility in combinations with straight communication and self-confident appearance.
