Get started with HDI Central Functions! HDI Central Functions cover the organi­sational areas of the business. These include the functions Human Resources, Internal Services, Pur­chas­ing, Accounting and Col­lec­tions / Dis­burse­ments.   • You and your team are part of our agile delivery organisation Digital@Global. Together we develop software solutions for the management of our international B2B insurance and risk management products
  • Your main task is to continuously develop the skills of your employees (~20) in line with current and future requirements. You will regularly liaise with other departments to determine requirements. At the same time, as a Servant Leader, you will provide new impetus to the organisation
  • Together with the agile leadership roles you empower the teams towards self-organised and autonomous work
  • You are responsible for the planning and allocation of needed budgets to achieve the former tasks
  • You are also ensuring that necessary IT governance functions in the context of VAIT, DORA and co. are filled and properly executed

  • You should share our passion to deliver high quality and secure software solutions that represent the state of the art and regularly exceed our customers' expectations
  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics or a comparable training
  • Several years of relevant leadership experience, especially in the context of agile software development teams, preferably also in the context of the SAFe framework
  • Experience in the development of (Java) cloud applications is an advantage
  • Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Most importantly, you should be a team player, passionate about your job and able to inspire others
