In this role you will be responsible for all HR operations at our new acquired site in Zurich. You will work closely with the business and other stakeholders to ensure an eye-level business partnering. Furthermore you will keep close contact with the main HR Office in Oberkochen, Germany. You will be part of a strong multifunctional HR Team which operates from several locations in Germany and works together very collaboratively.


  • Own the employee experience regarding HR Operations at all stages of the employee life cycle such as recruiting, onboarding, performance- and talent Management as well as salary review

  • Understand the client business, mission, challenges, business initiatives and business model to influence and facilitate the development of organizational priorities and related change initiatives

  • Provide expert consultancy on HR Operations matters for the management and business

  • Advise and support managers on operational and strategic HR issues

  • Support in conflict situations, team development and structural and cultural change management

  • Collaborate in HR transformation projects and tasks such programs and activities for candidate-/employee-experience and development

  • Drive process standardization, optimization, and automatization in HR Operations processes with the relevant contact persons

  • Ensure the proper functionality of HR systems


  • 5+ year experience in HR in a Senior HR BP role

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably with HR focus

  • Good understanding of Swiss Laborlaw and social security

  • Operational people experience, project management and solid knowledge of theory of HR policies, processes and practices

  • Strong and empathetic communicator in German and English, French is beneficial
