GOSP uses common technology platforms for the Group. As a joint venture partner, Accenture provides expertise to support transformation, innovation and scaling. GOSP develops solutions for digitalization and the introduction of a cloud-centric model. GOSP includes IT infrastructure, procurement, and security operations, among others.

We provide innovative IT infrastructure services for companies in the international Generali Group. Our core competencies are the development of customer-oriented solutions as well as the stable and efficient operation of IT infrastructure services, i.e. servers, networks, telephony / call centers, workplace environments and mobile solutions.
On an international level you will work in the field of Networking (LAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, VPN) and Network Monitoring. Together with an international team you are in charge of network solutions. You are responsible of design, deployment, automation, and operation of our network services.
Your tasks include:
- Full technological responsibility (operations, 2nd level support and lifecycle management) of the network environment
- Processing of incoming service requests
- Participation in the change, incident management and problem management process
- Maintenance and further development of operational documentation
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, ideally in Communication Systems and Networks or equivalent vocational training
- Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Networking
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center (aka Cisco DNA Center), Cisco WiFi Technology, Cisco ISE, Cisco Meraki, and basic network monitoring knowledge
- Level B2 in English and German (spoken and written)
- Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, goal-oriented work and a strong customer focus
- High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills, and presentation skills
- Team spirit and willingness to travel on business
