As a JMP in Human Resources, everything is based on the guiding principle "People Matter". With your creative drive, you will contribute to a positive working atmosphere in which our employees experience meaning and growth in their work.

Over a period of 12-24 months, you will work in various positions in Germany and abroad and have the opportunity to get to know the diversity and breadth of HR at Bosch. You will gain an insight into the traditional tasks of an HR Business Partner as well as specific HR top projects on the topics of transformation, digitalization or leadership.

Together with us, you will lay the foundation for your future as a manager. For us, leadership means continuously advancing yourself and other people, influencing existing processes and thus achieving challenging, entrepreneurial and meaningful goals.

  • Decide for yourself which start date in 2024 is best for you and when your permanent employment contract begins
  • Design your program with up to 6 stations in HR areas, Global HR Service, in central HR projects or the role of HR Business Partner
  • Get to know Bosch during a station abroad
  • Supplement your practical experience with a variety of face-to-face and online training courses, for which you have an individual budget at your disposal

  • Personality: As an expert in your field, you have a passion for human resources in addition to your technical skills. You see yourself as a strategic partner to our business units and want to make a difference together - for Bosch and our associates.
  • Background: Your master's or diploma degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or work and organizational psychology is above average. You may already have an MBA, PhD or some professional experience.
  • Experience and know-how: You have practical experience in HR, particularly in the areas of M&A, workforce transformation & change, analytics & digitalization or leadership development. You have international experience of at least three months and a very good command of English and German.
