Manage IT Projects:

  • Drive projects to meet objectives within scope, budget, quality and time
  • Lead and inspire the project team in a structured way to achieve project results
  • Provide project leadership to team members, including IT colleagues, business experts, external consultants and providers
  • Proactively monitor and manage projects to keep project on track (including Project Plan, Status Report, Risk & Issue Management)
  • Utilize methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Drive timely project decisions by presenting options, documenting implications, and following up on key action items
  • Engage with the project steering team and stakeholders to share relevant information and communicate project status clearly and confidently
  • Own project controlling including budget management and invoice verification
  • Align and reflect project goals in a bigger strategic context for the organization and company

Drive Project Management Excellence:

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT Project Management framework
  • Providing training, coaching, and ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance
  • Consult on IT Project Portfolio, portfolio assessment and decision preparation

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience with a proven track record of delivering results in hybrid setups involving internal resources and external service provider
  • Passion for IT with proficiency in at least one IT domain (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, Security, Infrastructure)
  • Interest in working in an international environment/ hybrid related to onsite and remote
  • Ability to embrace change as an opportunity for continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with various Project Management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall; certifications (Prince2, PMI, Six Sigma) are a plus
  • Good understanding of Application/ Software Lifecycle Management
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken), German as a plus
  • A confident, solution-oriented approach with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels

This position is based in Nieder-Olm close to Frankfurt / Mainz (Germany). Following locations could be an alternative: Barcelona (Spain) and Budapest (Hungary). Working in a balanced hybrid model (office and remote) is possible.
