As a Working Student (m/f/d) in People Analytics, you'll be at the heart of our Operations Excellence team within the Human Resources department in Stuttgart. The Operations Excellence team drives data-driven continuous improvements across the 3DS organization.

Following your initial on-the-job training to familiarize yourself with the organizational structure, data, and tools at 3DS, you will actively contribute to various stages of the employee lifecycle. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be key in supporting evidence-based decision-making in areas such as recruitment, personnel development, and turnover, with a focus on Central Europe.


  • Develop, validate and refine innovative approaches to data analysis and visualization
  • Prepare detailed status reports on focal areas
  • Participate in impactful international projects

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
  • You have first practical knowledge in People Analytics or a related area
  • You possess strong Excel skills
  • You are eager to learn programming skills (e. g., R, KNIME); existing knowledge is a plus
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage but not required

The preferred location is Stuttgart, but the role can also be based in Munich.
