Established in 1973, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has become a remarkable developer and manufacturer of key electronic components not only in Korea but also in other parts of the world. The full name of Samsung Electro-Mechanics in English is referring again to electronics and machinery.

Samsung Electro-Mechanics began with a focus on production of audio/video parts and laid the foundation for the technological independence of Korea's parts industry. In the 1980s, we diversified our business areas into materials and computer parts. Subsequently, in the 1990s, we focused on developing promising next-generation products such as chip parts, mobile communication parts, and optical parts.

Since the start of the 2000s, the company has been seeking to further develop strategic technologies and create business synergy based on core technologies of materials, multilayer thin-film molding, and high-frequency circuit design. Key Account Manager (KAM) (m/f/d)

Location: Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main or Munich


  • Develop & extend business with existing & new customers in line with Samsung EM business strategy & vision concerning products & customers
  • Present & promote Samsung EM product portfolio to maximize Sales
  • Drive & support Business development initiatives to balance white spots
  • Maintain & develop strong & sustainable customer relationship to drive profitable growth & increase market shares across product lines to exceed management plan
  • Leadership on implementing Account Strategies & belonging Action plans
  • Full accountability in terms revenue budget execution.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction across all levels & functions.
  • Leading & driving all commercial aspects within the assigned customers in conjunction & alignment with Samsung EM Headquarter directions across concerned functions to grow faster than the market.
  • Collect VOC & general market intelligence to allow steering portfolio in line with upcoming market megatrends & innovations.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in this field
  • Strong handling of common MS Office Excel and MS Office programs
  • Structured, responsible, independent and proactive way of working
  • Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer, service and solution-oriented appearance
  • Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written
  • Used to work in intercultural environment, visionary thinking, highly motivated with dynamic appearance, excellent communication, outstanding presentation & negotiation skills surrounded by very good analytical understanding & knowledge in Electronics.
