Senior Controller (m/f/non-binary) - Global Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Overseeing group controlling with a focus on reporting, financial planning and data analysis, with high relevance for Group management
  • Monitoring and analysis of monthly results and their drivers compared to projections; oversight of profitability, costs, working capital and cash flow
  • Developing proposals and measures to further boost performance
  • Optimizing controlling processes, digital tools and global Group reporting

  • University-level degree with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable training
  • At least 5 years of career experience, preferably in an international setting of group controlling and reporting as well as in operational planning and profitability analyses
  • Knowledge of consolidation in IFRS desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP, BI tools, IBM Cognos Controller or comparable systems is advantageous
  • Business fluency in spoken and written English
  • Quick comprehension of new material, with strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Proficiency collaborating with international teams across different time zones and cultural contexts, demonstrating the ability to manage global projects and initiatives
  • Professional leadership in proposing and implementing financial performance improvement measures, such as improving reporting accuracy, shortening the month-end close cycle, or driving profitability initiatives
