We are looking for a driven professional to design, implement and enhance a global sales enablement program, creating a robust framework for efficient sales processes in collaboration with both local and global management.

This is a permanent and full-time position. Your new place of work is at our HQ of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.
Your New Tasks & Projects:
  • Evaluate, understand and map requirements for sales enablement and effective sales processes
  • Design a global framework for sales processes (planning, sales, opportunities, complaints, fulfillment, service, dealer, etc)
  • Implementation of sales process in the market sales organizations together with the local management
  • Monitor the sales process implementation and effectiveness improvements
  • Taking care of the continuously development of sales processes and their qualitative and quantitative evaluation
  • Support the markets in change management
  • Deliver requirements to IT Systems (especially CRM and SAP) to implement and automize processes
  • Ensure best practice sharing across markets
  • Cooperate with the sales enablement team on sales training development and sales material provisioning

Your Profile:
  • Possessing an academic degree (Master, PhD) with a focus on economy, sales or marketing
  • Proven professional experience in in process management
  • Sound professional experience in dealing with sales processes
  • Preferably operative experience as a sales representative in agriculture
  • Skilled in complex process development and implementation in organizations
  • Experience in implementation of change, training and enablement processes
  • Strong strategic and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities to engage stakeholders across marketing and sales
  • A very good command of English (both written and spoken); German or any other fluent language skills are an asset
