We are looking for reinforcement of our Customer Expert Support Team (Level 3) as soon as possible. Become part of our team and contribute significantly to the success of Schneider Electric through your work and personality!
Your IMPACT:
- You solve complex customer problems: As an expert in machine automation, you analyze, reproduce, and solve problems of our customers during the planning phase, commissioning or even during operation.
- According to your experience, expertise, and interests, you are the first contact person for specific solutions, such as logic and motion applications and cloud technologies.
- You support our customers in field tests or pilot projects and use this experience and knowledge to impactfully contribute to development projects and the introduction of new products and solutions, in close cooperation with departments such as R&D, quality and marketing.
- You actively influence and drive topics like digital customer experience/satisfaction, knowledge management or knowledge sharing.

Your Profile:
- University degree in automation, electrical or information technology or comparable qualifications.
- Sound professional experience and knowledge in areas such as control engineering or mechanical engineering. Field experience preferred.
- Good knowledge in programming of machine controls based on IEC61131 or IEC61499.
- As a big plus, you also have knowledge in areas such as operating systems (Windows, Linux, VxWorks) as well as fieldbus or drive technologies.
- A strong customer orientation, very good analysis and problem-solving skills as well as organizational skills are among your strengths.
- You enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment and have strong communication skills in English language. German language is a plus.
