  • Global BPO (Business Process Owner) owning the CO setup for efficient and effective realization of controlling processes, methods and reporting of the RVS division
  • Acting as central governance body for the SAP ERP CO setup, covering all relevant controlling objects, reporting dimensions, KPIs, reporting figures including calculation logics
  • Continuous exploring of new technologies together with Group IT for potential usage and benefits to gain quality, efficiency (automation) and value-add within all relevant Core processes
  • Defining the target process map and release of corresponding business requirements; providing documentation as well as input to current operating model, existing processes and organization
  • Participating from a finance and controlling perspective in the transformation of SAP ERP legacy landscape into an integrated, cohesive template-based S/4HANA system
  • Serving as Rail B2P Stream Lead for S/4 pre-projects and support of the development of new or changed business processes identified during S/4 pre-study
  • Coordinating with and supporting DPRs (Divisional Process Responsible), BPO's from other E2E streams and IT Module responsible to agree on overall business design solutions seen from a CO perspective

  • University degree, in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or similar
  • Four years of working experience in an accounting and/or controlling department in an internationally operating manufacturing company with standardized SAP setup (either in-house or as external consultant)
  • Experience as team lead working in a complex organizational setup is a plus
  • Experience as project manager in SAP finance and controlling projects – experience with appropriate methodologies and approaches – i.e. PMI, PRINCE2, PMBOK and waterfall / agile (Scrum)
  • Experience with SAP design and implementation projects
  • Experience working with guidelines, procedures and governance in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • English – upper intermediate
