- Analyze global market trends to develop a clear product strategy
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand current and future customer needs
- Prepare business cases, including market potential analysis and commercial evaluations
- Develop technical product specifications in close cooperation with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance Departments
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver products according to the roadmap
- Monitor and continuously improve product performance based on feedback and performance metrics
- Support marketing and sales activities, e.g. by developing training materials and supporting campaigns
- Regularly present and pitch your projects to the management team
- University degree in combination with a track record of good economic and technical understanding
- Solid background in either product management, technical sales or project management
- Fluent in English and preferably German; additional language skills are beneficial
