For more information, please visit: www.thi.de/forschung/aimotion/ Ihre Aufgaben Analyze the impact of modern AI systems that act as 'digital companions' focusing on human-centered, ethical AI interaction designs. Design and conduct empirical studies, including immersive field studies with industry partners (e.g., Siemens), to identify relevant moral phenomena and develop ethics-compliant designs. You write scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, participate in national and international conferences, and support with grant applications. You will support the professorship's research and teaching activities. Your doctoral project is highly welcome and supported by our research partner at the University of Hohenheim. Ihr Profil (Scientific) university degree in business administration, ethics, social sciences, computer science, or a related field. Advanced German language skills. Strong background in experimental design and advanced knowledge of statistics with programming skills in Python or R. Basic knowledge of operating principles of Generative AI with the willingness to dive deeper quickly. Excellent command of English, strong communication and teamwork, and good organizational skills.
