Training Manager, Clinical Product Education (m/f/d)

- Manage the planning and implementation of training activities for professionals working with MED-EL´s technology related clinical procedures and concepts
- Collaborate with the team and different key stakeholders to align training initiatives with organization goals and strategies; ensure that training objectives are appropriately set and successfully delivered according to customer expectations
- Develop knowledge on all competitive hearing implant systems and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of MED-EL's product portfolio and complex clinical concepts
- Maintain, develop and update documents, reports, presentations and training materials and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
- Assess training needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in effectiveness in training and competency development
- Masters' degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Audiology or a scientific discipline (e.g. biomedical engineering)
- Relevant clinical experience with hearing implants, motivated to keep up to date with current developments and passionate about educating other professionals
- Proven ability to communicate complex clinical concepts effectively and comprehensibly
- Excellent presentation skills and excellent command of English language are required; fluency in other languages (e.g. German, Spanish, French) is a plus

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 45,068.38.
