We drive mobility. Our People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers in the field of Global Mobility. Whether national and international meetings with our BASF customers, short-term project assignments or long-term assignments abroad - our team makes employee mobility and international career paths possible.

  • You act as a key account manager for all business travel related topics in the country / county cluster by cascading all business travel related communications to key stakeholders.
  • Furthermore, you ensure that all global and regional projects are executed and aligned with the country / county cluster.
  • Additionally, you provide strategic support for the country / county clusters in identifying, investigating and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • You monitor the travel service providers KPIs and SLAs by identifying and managing any deficiencies.
  • As part of your work, you provide regular updates of operational changes in the travel industry to your team and assist with training and knowledge facilitation for the Business Services Team.

  • successfully completed degree in tourism or a related field
  • professional experience in the area of travel management, online booking tools, payment and expense solutions; prior experience with travel related vendors strongly preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with regards to presentation and reporting skills; prior project implementation experience is considered a plus
  • business fluency in English and French
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with colleagues across different cultures and regions

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 32.000 - 36.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
