  • Create a comprehensive database to track all vendor contracts, ensuring accurate recording of contract terms, renewal dates, and key clauses. Ensure the registry is easily accessible to authorized personnel.

  • Conduct a thorough analysis to identify opportunities for reducing the number of vendors while maintaining or improving service quality. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine strategic vendors to retain based on performance, cost, and alignment with company goals.

  • Regularly review existing contracts to identify areas for improvement, such as better pricing or enhanced service levels. Negotiate with vendors to streamline services, eliminate redundancies, and achieve cost savings, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.

  • Serve as the primary contact for all new contract negotiations, coordinating with internal teams to gather requirements. Review and approve all new contracts before finalization, ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and strategic objectives.

  • Define and implement SLAs for all vendor contracts, outlining expected performance standards. Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to SLAs and agreed-upon services, using performance metrics and regular reporting.

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation, staying informed about industry trends and best practices. Work closely with vendors to implement enhancements and optimize service delivery.


  • Successfully completed relevant degree or equivalent such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Contract Law, Procurement etc.

  • At least 5 years experience in contract management, procurement, or supply chain management preferably within the E-Commerce or Retail sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex contract texts

  • Interest and understanding of E-Commerce and Retail operations especially in regards to information technology and new applications.

  • Proficiency in negotiations, compliance, and risk management.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive demeanor.
