Global Process Lead - SAP CO (f/m/d)
- Process Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized processes in SAP CO, particularly focusing on monthly financial closing, reporting, and operational planning.
- SAP Structure Standardization: Work closely with the SAP IT Team to standardize structures, including Profit Center Account Hierarchies, Profit Centers, and Cost Centers in SAP CO.
- Global Key User Support: Act as a consultant and trainer, enhancing the knowledge of global users in SAP CO and supporting key users worldwide.
- Dashboard Reporting: Design and create dashboard report stories in SAP Analytics Cloud, supporting management with insightful financial reporting.
- Process Automation: Continuously increase the level of automation in reporting and planning processes.
- System Migration Support: Play an active role in the company's transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring that controlling and reporting processes are standardized and harmonized effectively.
- Academic Background: Degree in Finance & Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in Controlling, Reporting, or IT, with a solid understanding of SAP CO.
- SAP Expertise: Proven experience in SAP CO, either through consulting or supporting SAP CO modules.
- Process Knowledge: Hands-on experience with monthly financial closing processes in SAP CO.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or willingness to learn how to create dashboard report stories.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative team player with a self-reliant working style, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German is a plus.
