The Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and technical proficiency in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies that are available today in the market.
Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline operations.
AI Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and challenges.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Provide training and support for teams adopting new AI tools and processes.
Project Management:
- Lead projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Track and report on project progress and outcomes.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Propose innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in technology adoption.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Very good German and English skills.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Business Analysis Skills:
- Expertise in process mapping, modeling, and re-engineering.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
