Executive Assistant (f/m/d)


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, maintaining a 360 degree view of the schedules, priorities, and commitments
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the executive team
  • Coordinating and tracking various projects and initiatives to successful completion and support
  • Taking charge of presentations, reports, minutes, status reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinating, preparing, and summarizing inquiries and information
  • Participating in and contributing to executive team meetings and activities as well as conducting executive-level projects
  • Handling any ad hoc tasks from the management
  • Gathering and consolidating information from various sources
  • Collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure effective processes and workflows
  • Handling any ad hoc tasks from the management

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (f/m/d) or similar role
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Supervisory Board members, Board members, investors, senior executives and staff
  • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a structured approach to managing tasks and responsibilities, Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Self-initiative, ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude, exhibiting a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and engagement in your work
  • Business fluent in German and English
