Your tasks:

  • You support the team in steering our Talent Management Strategy to foster inclusion. transparency and people development at E.ON
  • You support in the planning and implementation of group wide workshops on talent management
  • You further development the KPIs for the area of Strategic Talent Management
  • You support further in the development and implementation of our group wide talent diagnostic framework
  • You act as strong communication interface to all E.ON companies in Germany and abroad
  • You create professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel data analyses
  • You actively conduct research on current market trends


Your profile:

  • You are an enrolled student with a major in business administration, psychology or a related field
  • You have a high affinity for data analysis and KPI development
  • You have excellent communication skills and team orientation
  • You show a independent and structured way of working
  • You have work experience in similar areas (e.g. through internships or working student jobs)
  • You are confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • You are fluent in Business English
