The Position

Join the dynamic Internal Consulting team at Boehringer Ingelheim! We're looking for innovative thinkers who are ready to shape our company's future through strategic initiatives.


As a Manager Consulting, you'll design, manage, and monitor initiatives across various areas. You'll independently coordinate project tasks, contribute to data analysis, strategize solutions, and track project progress.

  • As Manager Consulting, you will support in the design, managing and monitoring of smaller to mid-size scale initiatives across functional areas, businesses, regions & countries.
  • You will coordinate project governance and work packages independently within a project to facilitate project tasks and deliverables.
  • With your experience, you will contribute to as-is data analysis, the finding of possible strategic direction solutions and the creation of solution concepts.
  • Having the successful outcome always in mind, you will track the progress and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives.

  • Master's degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus)
  • Several years experience with top-tier management consultancy or International work experience in Commercial, Medicine, R&D, Operations or Enabling Functions in healthcare industry
  • Track record of working on diverse national and international projects
  • Enthusiasm for (digital) strategies in our marketplace
  • Proficiency in project management and MS Office
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Great team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • C1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
