As the insurance partner of Toyota, the largest automobile manufacturers in the world, we develop and distribute outstanding insurance and financial services products for brands such as Toyota and Lexus, as well as specialized products for our car dealership organization.

In order to strengthen our team, located in Ismaning, we are looking for you as a self-driven individual at our offices in Ismaning, Germany for the role of:


  • Design, structure, and continuous improvement of the BCMS (Business Continuity Management System).
  • Ensure adherence to and update Business Continuity policies and regulations.
  • Identify and define relevant scenarios for risk mitigation.
  • Create, implement, and monitor the Business Continuity strategy and associated testing procedures.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs to promote Business Continuity culture.
  • Support crisis management and conduct crisis management exercises to review contingency plans.

  • Up to 3 years' experience in Business Continuity Management.
  • Proven qualification in Business Continuity Management and sound understanding of the fundamentals.
  • Broad knowledge of relevant European Insurance regulation and legislation and in regard to BSI 200-4 and DORA
  • Ability to assess risk and identify vulnerabilities.
  • Experience in managing security incidents and crises and developing contingency plans.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German, other European languages are an advantage.
