- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of our interns during the year
- Prepare employment contracts and manage reference letters
- Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, ensuring timely and professional communication with applicants, including scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update HR data in our HR system (Personio), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Help manage HR administration by keeping HR documentation up to date
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally with a focus on HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in HR or administration is a plus
- Proficient in German and English
