  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT department.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including developing and monitoring the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision making and optimize financial processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure financial integrity and transparency.
  • Manage the department's cash flow and investments to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and achieve organizational goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, with advanced skills in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience using SAP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with an organized and structured approach.
  • Strong and clear results and action orientation, with a flexible mindset to work in uncertainty.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with proficiency in English and German valued.
