- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT department.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including developing and monitoring the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision making and optimize financial processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure financial integrity and transparency.
- Manage the department's cash flow and investments to maximize returns and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, with advanced skills in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience using SAP.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with an organized and structured approach.
- Strong and clear results and action orientation, with a flexible mindset to work in uncertainty.
- Fluency in Spanish, with proficiency in English and German valued.
