Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solution Architect Identity and Access Management (m/f/d). In this role, you will play a key role in leading and supporting enterprise architecture activities focused on the design, development, implementation and rollout of a diverse portfolio of Identity and Access Management solutions, with a primary focus on introduction of a global Identity Security Platform.
- Take the architectural and technological leadership role in the 2025 beginning initiative to identify, design, architect and implement a global Identity and Security Management platform
- Own the complete identity lifecycle for employees, architect the solutions to steer and control that lifecycle, let all participating parties benefit from updated process landscape
- Lead and contribute to solution architecture initiatives, ensuring that Identity services align with overarching business goals and objectives
- Continuously analyze and design the target Identity architecture landscape, considering business goals, strategies, and processes, as well as the business applications and technology landscape
- Develop a detailed medium and long-term roadmap for the evolution of the Identity enterprise solution portfolio, aligning with solution architecture guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into strategic IAM initiatives that support business capabilities and value streams
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or IAM Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing complex, enterprise-grade network solutions & lifecycle management
- Good market overview of current IAM solutions (e.g. Okta or Sailpoint), quick learning capabilities to better understand all parties needs and how to implement those best
- Experience with Identity Provider (IdP) integration, Proven proficiency in reading and understanding automation or interface code using e.g. Java, JavaScript, or XML
- Microsoft Azure certification or formal training and proven cloud network experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
