  • Achievement of operational, and regional sales goals; Preparation evaluation of regional sales information, derivation of recommendations for strategic planning of the assigned region
  • New customer acquisition, existing customer support & expansion of the business relationship. Preparation of reports and documentation after each customer report
  • Advising customers on maintenance and repair of machines and systems, as well as support with scheduling and aerodynamical optimization
  • Recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, advising and supervising Agents, representatives or sales offices in the assigned region; transferring expectations and goals to them; planning, monitoring and evaluating regional contributions to business development; planning and monitoring commissions; Enforcement of Policies and Procedures
  • Planning and permutation of the marketing actions, for example, participation at trade fairs, congresses, etc.
  • Preparing and reporting the sales figures

  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a Sales Manager position within Mining / Steel or transportation industry, diverse experience in Global Sales will be an asset
  • Outstanding sales and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in German and English. Additional language skills will be an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region
