At the headquarters in Ottobrunn near Munich, the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops, produces and markets advanced drive systems for two brands: FAZUA with the focus on pioneering compact lightweights for agile e-bikes and under the brand name Porsche exceptionally powerful drive systems. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that has transformed the cycling industry in 2017 with its innovative drive system for agile, compact, lightweight (and extremely good looking) e-bikes. Since July 2022, we are a part of the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH through the takeover by Porsche AG.   • In your management role, you will be responsible for the overall system development project and the dovetailing of the individual product development projects
  • You will lead, coordinate and dovetail all departmental representatives in the project team and ensure that the project runs smoothly
  • Together with your team, you are responsible for achieving the agreed system targets such as properties, costs, weight, quality and deadlines as well as for the coherent subsystem integration of the respective products
  • You support and manage the target evaluation runs in the system and develop synergies between the products
  • You are also responsible for the necessary risk management
  • You are responsible for the coordination and harmonisation of targets and requirements
  • Your tasks also include pursuing, demanding and defining standardised ways of working using agile methods
  • As part of the project management for the system scope, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the members of the interdisciplinary system team with the mandate of the CoCs.
  • You are the first point of contact for the individual project managers at system level and coordinate overarching topics
  • You are responsible for the system backlog and ensure that all requirements and tasks are clearly defined and prioritised
  • You will also organise the stage planning with the entire system team as part of our agile working model
  • As Director, you have overall responsibility and report to the C-Level



  • You have a degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least seven years of experience in senior project management, ideally in the field of system integration
  • Ideally, you have already gained expertise in the automotive industry and understand project management in a challenging environment
  • You have already gained expertise as a disciplinary manager and enjoy leading a team
  • You are characterised by excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools, including agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
  • You also have strong analytical skills and understand how to solve complex problems and make decisions under time pressure
  • You understand how to manage a multi-headed team with your excellent communication skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
  • Business fluent in English and ideally a good command of German
  • Experience in reporting to C-Level
